The given SlotID SID_HYPERLINK_DIALOG is already defined as
InsertHyperlink SID_HYPERLINK_DIALOG
in e_all.sid.
I would not have expected a SID here, but rather a Help-ID (SIDs usually are for
opening dialogs etc.) and the opening dialog gets a hid. We need another look at
this.
