QuotationStart “ equaled DoubleQuotationStart and QuotationEnd ” equaled
DoubleQuotationEnd, used single quotation marks ‘ (U+2018) and ’ (U+2019)
instead.
Assumed that "रू.", which was used as CurrencyID and BankSymbol, instead is the
CurrencySymbol, which was "रूपये", also replaced that in the replaceTo value.
Replaced CurrencyID and BankSymbol with ISO 4217 "INR".
Replaced parenthesized currency formats for negative amounts
([CURRENCY]#,##0.00)
with
-[CURRENCY]#,##0.00
Note that both FollowPageWord are "आ.पृ.", probably one should be slightly
different, see comment in

about usage.
