Unfortunately as a mere user I do not have ready access to the developer snapshots. (I understand that I could spend several hours downloading a snapshot, then some considerable time installing it, testing the issue for you, and finally reverting to my previous official release; but I have neither the time nor the inclination to do this.) I presume you are a developer, and, as such, that you have ready access to the snapshots and the specs? Would it not make more sense for you to do this?
