2010 -------
Split off issue 112347#desc9: some symbol fonts (like Gardiner) have serveral 
CMAP subtables, where 
some suggest a symbol-semantic (e.g. CMAP==3.0) where others suggest a 
text-semantic (CMAP==0.0).  
I suggest that if any subtable suggests symbol-semantic then the symbol-flag 
should be set. As of yet 
there is no know font where this enhancement would fail.
