Fontconfig just gives some informal warnings that several config-files are not
available, but it does neither
abort nor run in a degraded mode. These are the config files that are not
available:
"/opt/open_office3/program/../basis-link/share/fonts/type1/fc_local.conf"
"~/.openoffice/3/user/fonts/fc_local.conf"
If the config-files are neither needed nor available then the call to
FcConfigParseAndLoad() should be
avoided => done in CWS narrow02
