Fixed 1 by outlining the transition type related set and get methods from
sdpage.hxx to sdpage2.cxx and adding an ActionChange() call to the set methods.
A model change broadcast would probably better but that would require changes
in SVX (the HINT_PAGECHG hint has been commented out). Furthermore model
changes of pages are not broadcasted properly anywhere.
Fixed 2 by changing
slidesorter::PageObjectViewObjectContact::PaintFadeEffectIndicator() so that 0
and negative values are interpreted as 'no transition'.
