If there are themed icons for the StartCenter, switching the theme should change
them, too. Now the screenshot shows the wrong background in Oxygen theme as well
as what were the standard document icons. The background is fixed with issue
112405. The document icons there should be removed from the oxygen theme as they
were the standard icons before the rebranding effort and should not have been
part of the oxygen theme anyway (since it's simply a duplication of images).
And of course the images should be switched at runtime if there is a theme
change.
