That is badly documented. The values to be used with
css.util.SearchOptions.transliterateFlags are of css.i18n.TransliterationModules
instead of css.i18n.TransliterationModulesNew
offapi/com/sun/star/util/SearchFlags.idl change documentation of
ALL_IGNORE_CASE to
@deprecated The constant ALL_IGNORE_CASE is never supported - use
<const>com::sun::star::i18n::TransliterationModules::IGNORE_CASE</const> with
<member>SearchOptions::transliterationFlags</member> instead.
offapi/com/sun/star/i18n/TransliterationModules.idl mention the bitwise or
nature of flags >= 0x100
