Hi there,

I think it's a good feature to have OOo store more than one 'user' and its
name/phonenr/business/etc.
in the preferences and be able to choose another user while opening OOo.
- in order to give more real persons who work on the same computer the extra's
OOo brings (e.g. the
author is set in the document)
- in order to give a person to choose another business he or she wants to write
a letter for.
e.g. when you have two jobs, or you help a (non-commercial) foundation or
association and you don't
want the business to be stored with the wrong company name. It also helps when
you have a 'private'
account without any business stored.

You can also expand this feature, for example a standard template this user
uses.
