This is a long task, and it is difficult to take care of each proposal.
So I took the EnhancedDialogExtension from cl as basis to redesign a new dialog
that is used for each filter now, so the export resolution can be set for each
bitmap filter.
This dialog is now also used for each vector filter and it is possible to set
the logical size for each vector export.
Having only one dialog for each filter is a good start for further improvements.
Two examples of the new dialog are attached.
