Reproducible with "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE[OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]", "Ooo-Dev 3.3
multilingual version English UI WIN XP: [DEV300m82 (Build 9510)]".
Steps to reproduce:
1. open new spreadsheet
2. click 'C14'
3. right click 'C14' -> 'Insert comment'
4. type text "my comment" into comment
5. Click somewhere outside comment
comment text becomes invisible
6. right click 'C14' -> 'Show comment'
comment text becomes visible
7. Right click sheet name Tab -> 'Move/Copy sheet'
8. check "copy" checkbox, select "move to end position, <ok>
9. chantge to new sheet
oyu well see a comment in 'C14'
10. click column heading 'B', drag mouse pointer with pushed left mouse
button to heading 'D', release left mouse button
Rows B,C,D will be selected
11. Menu 'Edit -> Delete Cells
expected: all cell contents should be deleted
actual: comment remains
12. change to sheet 1 where you inserted the comment.
13. Redo step 10, 11
expected: all cell contents should be deleted (including comment)
actual: as expected
