Please try to delete the OOo config folder in c:\documents and
settings\application data and see if the problem still occurs.
If the problem still occurs, we need to know which steps you took to reach the
state where more than one instance of soffice.bin was listed in Task Manager.
Means, attach the documents you opened etc. Otherwise we won't be able to work
on this issue - it is of special nature to some working steps.
