The problem described in the first sentence most probably is already known as
issue 79878.
The problem with "partial printing" may be issue 106833. If it happens with
OOo>=320 and you have a
test document where this happens reliably please isolate it down (to one
line/page/etc.) and report it as a
new issue. Does it only happen when printing or also for PDF-export?
