Well:
- first you are using a somehow "old" version of OOo (current is 3.2.1)
- in the current version (at least the vanilla one!), this export does not exist
anymore and has been replaced by an extension[1]
- you are using an Ubuntu version so that we cannot control what this version
can and cannot (OOo Ubuntu is NOT the same as the version on www.openoffice.org)
Now to the problem...
Footnotes are already exported by the extension.
What you want is all the MediaWiki citation gimmicks including the Zotero
implementation (which we don't control, please refer to Zotero for this).
Sorry but this trespasses the effort we intended to (and can) put into the
MediaWiki extension.
Maybe you'll have more success reporting this directly to Ubuntu...
