www.ooo will show the searchbox. An exception is issuezilla (that can be
accessed from any project).
All other projects will show the login-box.
Newbies probably want to join a project or file an issue. In both cases they are
offered the login/registration.
If they want to join the project from the mainpage, they can use "My Pages"
But most likely they will try to find out how they can contribute -> The
contributing pages have the loginbox.
