This has two reasons:
a) an empty header and footer is imported though not necessary; tracked as issue
112372.
b) the text "DECANATO" in the cells of the first table do not fit in one line -
MS Word has a function called "Automatically resize to fit contents" which is
not available in Writer. This is tracked as issue 75358.
