The problem is that it's not the ComboBox itself that gets the focus but its
Edit field member, therefore ComboBoxControl::GetFocus is never called. The
attached patch moves the focus notifications to
ComboboxToolbarController::PreNotify. That works, but I'm not quite sure it's
the right solution.
