------- Additional comments from [email protected] Thu Jun 24 11:45:19 +0000 2010 ------- The formula editing bar (the space next to the "Summation =" sign right above the worksheet area) sometimes does not refresh correctly. This happens with very long formula, so long that there is wrapping otherwise the situation will not surface. The attached sample illustrates the point :- (1) Go to cell A1. (2) Pretend to edit the formula in the formula editing space (not within the cell). (3) Press "End" (to move the cursor to the end of the line) and "Enter" to confirm. Assuming Calc has been set to move to cell A2 after pressing "Enter": watch the formula editing bar again and this should have messed up a bit. This is sometimes confusing, because occasionally the formula will mess up in a way that it looks perfect, but what has been entered subsequently will not be what it is supposed to be.
