I submitted this issue before, but none of the current "toolbar" issues covers
this.

Open or create a document, e.g. in Writer. Switch on an extra toolbar, for
example Insert.

To demonstrate the issue, you can either now save, close, and re-open the
document, or bring up the print preview and then close it.

In either case, the extra toolbar is no longer visible. OOo just reverts back
to showing the default toolbars, no matter whether you have previously
selected extra ones or not.

This is a nuisance if your work makes frequent use of these extra toolbars - I
always have the Insert toolbar open when working with Writer, for example.

Please could you fix this? Thank you.
