Reproducible with "Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP DE[OOO310m19 (Build 9420)]"!
It seems that there are 2 groups each with 4 labels on the Avery Letter Size
2160 sheet, but the template has 8 contiguous label fields, pls. see attached
screenshots.
Also visible with 1.1.4
