Three times today OO closed by itself, and when I tried to retrieve my file it
was "locked by another user." I've deleted the temporary file in each case (the
"lock" file) but that hasn't helped. Nor can I delete all three files involved,
as they are locked.

My only solution has been to Copy the file involved and work with a copy - which
works normally. In each case I've lost a few minutes' worth of work, as I have
my backup set for every ten minutes.

It's really frustrating.

Can there be a shortcut key combination that I'm hitting without realizing it?
If that is the case, shouldn't I be asked if closing the file is what I want? On
the other hand, the fact that the "lock" document remains would seem to indicate
that the file was not closed.
