This is basically the same as issue 104769. The original fix doesn't always work
because setModified (in UpdateChart) isn't guaranteed to interpret the formulas.
In the example it happens to work because of the way the number formats for the
Y axis are handled. If the axis labels from the chart in issue 104769 are
removed, it doesn't work either. The example in this issue doesn't have axis
labels.
A better fix is to use InterpretDirtyCells, like it is done for ods files (issue
104899).
This is now fixed in CWS "calc56".
