The second document is not an ODF document. The problem there is that the
encrypted stream is compressed second time. According to specification the
stream is compressed, encrypted and then stored in the Zip-Package as a plain
stream.
If zip tool is used to decompress the package, and then to create it again, the
encrypted streams should be introduced in the new package without additional
compression as ODF-specification requires.
