Yes, in one way this issue is invalid because the font didn't follow the spec.
On the other hand this is a
major font from one of the most important font vendors... though they fixed the
problem in newer
versions one has to wonder how many other relevant font faces still have the
problem. We should keep an
eye on it => resolved as REMIND
