2005 -------
the objects are all anchored at the paragraph in the table cell. Depending on
the attribute 'Layout in table cell' (only visible in Microsoft Word 2003), the
position is aligned at the table cell or the page/margin for horizontal/vertical
positions aligned at page/margin.

To reflect this behaviour I propose the following enhancement:
Introduce a new attribute for floating screen object, which could be called
'Align position at table cell'. If this attribute is set to ON, the position of
the floating screen object is aligned at the table areas instead of the page
areas, if its horizontal/vertical position is aligned at page/page text area.
This is already done, if the attribute 'Follow text flow' is set to ON for a
floating screen object - see specification 'Vertical alignments at page areas
for Writer fly frames', found at
http://specs.openoffice.org/writer/compatibility/vertical_alignment_at_page_areas.sxw.
But this attribute can not be set to ON for the floating screen objects in the
given document, because its Microsoft Word wrapping style is 'in front of text'.
Thus, the floating screen objects can leave the table cell, which is indicated
by setting this attribute to OFF.
