@cmc: I assume the attached "Wed Jul 14 11:23:00 +0000 2010:
workspace.cmcfixes76.patch" mixes various issues -- changes like the ones to
dbaccess/source/ui/misc/TokenWriter.cxx appear completely off topic here.
Anyway, the originally attached sal.putenv_setenv.patch looked reasonable
(modulo the missing @since tags, which are present in the final patch), so go
ahead and integrate the relevant changes, I would say. (And, yes, the changes
to sal/util/sal.map are correct.)
