Actually if we want to change it for OOo3.3, the only acceptable solution would
be read/write replacement suggested by cmc. It is too late to introduce
something more complex. And the change would anyway affect only Unix platforms.
mav->cmc: If the problem is important enough to be addressed as showstopper I
have nothing against integrating the copy/paste solution for 3.3 temporarily.
