Not reproducible on MacOS 10.6, on 10.4 I get a sligtly different stack trace
which however also descends from
-[NSApplication nextEventMatchingMask:untilDate:inMode:dequeue:]
This function calls (unexpected to me) into vcl code, which means there is no
protection via the solar mutex. Acquiring it in an overloaded [NSWindow
displayIfNeeded] seems to fix this problem.
