on request:
-the file type is now "help.tree"
-there can only exists one help.tree file each directory
-the output directory have to be specified in a variable called "OUT_HELP"
example:
add a help.tree file to your source dir
add this to your makefile.mk:
TREEFILE := $(OUT_HELP)/en-US/help.tree
the tree files found in helpcontent2/source/auxillary have been excluded as they
are merged by a different method
