VA: Due to fact that the standard.dic actually has been no part of the OOo
instsets for ages, there
is no need to do anything here right now.
To do for a later milestone (OOo 3.4): Clean-up of the Extras module regarding
wordbookuser.zip
(standard.dic). -> Adjusted summary of this task.
