------- Additional comments from [email protected] Fri Aug 6 09:08:31 +0000 2010 ------- I haven't had any problem with opening the PDF in any PDF reader, including Adobe Reader and Okular, nor with reading it on-screen. As I clearly said, the problem was when I tried to print the document using Adobe Reader. It printed only the first 3 pages, while it was ordered to print it all. I investigated the issue further, to the point I tried my old trick: pdf2ps+ps2pdf. Then I saw message of pdf2ps that said there is a problem with my PDF, which should be reported. I thought it must be the same defect that prevented Adobe Reader to print my document.
