I have Open Office 3.2 installed on my computer. The Operating System found on
my Aspire 5532 laptop is Windows 7 Home Premium. The program seemed to worked
all right in the beginning but now, after having it installed on my computer
for about a month, I now can't even open the program up or even access the
saved files on the hard drive or those saved to my removable disk. Is it a bug
with the system or with the mixture of things saved (Open Office documents
mixed in with MSOffice docs) that is causing the program to "freeze" by not
opening up or even not allowing me to access my saved work on the disc or hard
drive?

Could this problem be attributed to the fact that I did not re-sign up for
purchase of the Windows 7 software for MS Office through Microsoft?

I have no idea what to do!

Thanking you in advance for your assistance, I remain,

Sincerely,
Cathering M. Dubrow
