------- Additional comments from [email protected] Wed Aug 11 04:07:46 +0000 2010 ------- Software freezes with a repeatable crash when changing the formatting on Default text to a Heading. Currently it is happening 100% of the time with this document. It is in the .odt Open Document format. 87 page document that I have been working with for years. Document is sensitive with password and can not be uploaded. Document has an index with all headers listed. Just prior to this happening computer was updated with MS updates and WinZip updates including WinZip adding MS Visual Basic runtime functions. Computer has been restarted several times with same results. Registry has been checked with 3rd party checkers (IOLO and Ashampoo software). No help there.
