Here is the course of events:
1.  DL OO
2.  Installed OO
3.  Attempted to register OO
4.  When it asked for my email address [[email protected]] i received an
error message that the email format was incorrect and asked me to fix the email
address.
5.  Not knowing that OO would send an email with further instructions to the
registered email, I entered "[email protected]" [without the hyphen] as my
email address, thinking that when I logged on I would be able to change the
email address.
5.  I attempted to login, without success.
6.  Thinking that maybe I did not get registered or it had fail, so I tried to
register again.
7.  System said that the user name [pstevens] was already used.
8.  Registered as a new user using different user name [a crazy one that is
difficult to type] and tried to use the correct email address [with the hyphen].
 Success. [It is interesting that the screen/url was different in each of these
two registration pages.]

Is there any way to change one of the accounts using the user name of "pstevens"
and the email address of "[email protected]" and deleting the account with
the email address that doesn't have the hyphen? 

It is possible that I will be on vacation by the time you respond - please copy
"[email protected]" on any coorespondence.
