In OOo 3.3 I am only able to reproduce the problem when the Office window is
minimized by the user after a document has been closed.
If the user has minimized the OpenOffice window, it should return to normal size
when a document is being opened via doubleclick in Windows Explorer e.g.
Currently it stays in minimized mode, which is not what the user expects.
