install: OOo-Dev_3.3.0beta1_Win_x86_install_en-US.exe
run: dcomcnfg
try to go to: Component Services -> Computer -> My Computer -> DCOM Config ->
OpenOffice.org Service Manager.
There is no "OpenOffice.org Service Manager" icon in DCOM Config.
