I do not understand what you mean: your definition is recursive!
Online help says :
if n is even : FACTDOUBLE(n) = 2*4*...*n
if n is odd : FACTDOUBLE(n) = 1*3*5*...*n
By definition FACTDOUBLE(0) = 1
