When you use the bibliography and bibliography index in Writer, setting up the
index options correctly can take a lot of time. It is not the most intuïtive or
userfriendly solution, and when you accidently click "apply to all levels" you
will have erased all the differences in how your magazine articles, books,
reports
and other kinds of sources are listed in your bibliography. Trying to undo your
mistake using ctrl z does not change the settings back to how they were before
last.

Fixing this, so ctrl z will have such effect, can save users a lot of time.
