If a value is given for "Height in pages", manual row breaks are ignored. This
new behavior is intentional, see issue 54993 and issue 94698.
To enable the manual breaks, clear the "Height in pages" value (empty the edit
field in the dialog). "Width in pages" is then still evaluated.
