FL->MBA: I totally agree to the arguments in this issue. IMHO the not optimal
automatic scrolling behavior is another issue, but why should the the format
function use automatic scrolling at all? Nearly any current mouse has a wheel
for scrolling and using the scrollbar with an active format painter does not
terminate the function. Even larger selection could be made without automatic
scrolling.
Same is true for the fill format mode of 'Styles & Formatting'.
I prose to change this within 'Better Defaults' for Writer.
