I cannot see that anything is missing - please describe where content is missing
(e.g. page x in the middle, there's ...).
For me it looks quite ok - only the page break from page 2 to 3 is incorrect.
But this is due to the frame on page one having incorrect wrapping - thus the
text from page one extends to page two.
