The password container has nothing to do with the dialog, the password container
shows only MasterPassword Dialog and nothing else. The Document password dialog
is called before the password container is used in
cui/source/options/webconninfo.cxx.
I would suggest to use ::com::sun::star::task::PasswordRequest to show the
pretty simple version of the dialog that can be reused everywere, this simple
request represents the case quite good from my point of view.
Since the change is translation related the target 3.4 looks to be the only one
that we can use.
