I got a pop-up from Open Office that an update to java script was available. I
downloaded it. When I tried to start Netscape 8.1, the error message said "New
Java plug-in requires firefox browser 3.0 or later". I downloaded Firefox 3.6.8
from Mozilla and installed. I get the same error when I try to start Netscape.
Netscape does not display on the screen but takes up 99% CPU usage and I have to
stop it with Task Manager. I can still use Internet Explorer but prefer
Netscape. Can I fix or revert to the original configuration by going back to the
older java? I see no uninstall program in the latest Java folder in Program
Files/Java/.
