I have been fighting against OpenOffice for many hours and days now. Each time
I open the file, the row heights are wrong, so I have to readjust them. This is

unacceptable. I can adjust it by right-clicking on the row, choose "Optimal row

height..." and press Enter. Or I can doubleclick on the row border. When I
change font size, it also automatically adjusts the row height. But whenever I
open the document it is broken again. I have until now not been able to
reproduce the bug when creating a new file, but I have create a testcase by
stripping the file that I am working with. So maybe there is something spooking
in there (it once originated from an e><ce| import).
