Hi,
not a bug in Calc.
Cell J2 is formatted as text which should be shown in red. (Select J2 context
menu Format Cells See the format code)
Pasting the formula pastes also the format but did not change the underlying
cell format. So editing the cell activates the underlying cell format and makes
it a text as you've told.
