The reason for this issue was issue 114162 about wrong data types used for the
configuration of the preview print settings (like PreviewPrintNumRows,
PreviewPrintNumColumns)
Now that the dialog is not used anymore all the configuration code around it can
also be removed (e.g. SwXPrintPreviewSettings.cxx)
