You are true: There is no "OpenOffice.org Service Manager" entry in developer
snapshots. That's not a defect, that is intended. There is no system integration
for developer snapshots as "OOo-Dev_3.3.0beta1_Win_x86_install_en-US.exe" is.
The next release candidate for OOo 3.3 will be integrating again.
