Sorry, it appeared only late in the document, and I wasn't aware that the option
has to be set separately for each level. I thought it worked once for all over
the whole set of level (why not after all?) Like most users I want to
concentrate on my work rather than on the finer subtleties of the "writer"
which, personally and without wanting to be rude, I find overly complicated. It
has a very long learning curve compared to other software.
