The Calc issue is now Issue 48433. This one is for the problem in Writer only.
Summary again:
In Writer the modified flag is set for documents containing a chart,
but the change flag does not come from the chart. When loading the
chart, the method SfxObjectShell::SetModified() is called three
times by the chart with the value FALSE and never with TRUE, so the
flag must be set by Writer (for some reason).
