SBA: This icon is visible in the formula bar in Calc. In Writer, it can be seen
while entering a formula. (To see, press <F2>" in a Writer document or "0" in a
Writer table cell).
It is NOT the icon that can be seen in "Insert-Object-formula icon.
Some notes:
(1) To avoid inconsistency, a "high contrast" version of this icon is needed,
too.
(2) This icons does get enlarged when the icon size gets changed to "Large" in
Tools-Options-OOo-View. So a large one is needed too (Normal + High Contrast)
Put TV on c/c. Reassigned to STS.
